ORDER PROCESSING

If no timeline is noted, your order will be processed in the order it is received.


PREORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Select pieces may be offered as preorders or made-to-order to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that they may take additional time to fulfill. Specific delivery timeframes will be clearly stated on the product page or via post-purchase confirmation.

ORDER UPDATES

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking details, if applicable.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited and curated nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
